Refund and Exchange policy

Local  policy.
*returns or exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase and items that are returned must be unworn and undamaged with their original packaging. However, delivery costs are not subject for refund. 
* for hygiene purposes, earrings and ear-cuffs are not subject for exchange or refund. 
*Items that are defected are subject to refund or exchange within the same day of order. 

International policy 

All international orders are not subject to refund and exchange except for defected items. Defected items must be returned back to us.
